There’s nothing scarier than the thought of losing your company data! You and your team have worked hard to grow your business, and your continued success depends on being able to access valuable company records any time that you need them. Information is power, and the best way to protect your business is to protect your data!
Since 1989, Network Services Group has been the Little Rock managed service provider that businesses have turned to when they want to keep their files secure. Our team of computer experts for business operations understand how important that your company data is, and are here to keep it safe, no matter what happens! Here’s how it works:
Network Attached Storage
Once we set up your Network Attached Storage (NAS) server onsite, your files will be automatically backed up on an hourly basis. Most of the time, data losses aren’t catastrophic, and you simply need to estimate when you lost a file, and then go to a designated restore point. The process is easy, and restoring files only takes minutes.
In addition to your hourly onsite backups, your files are backed up daily to our local data center. But it doesn’t stop there! We also back up our own files to an out of state data center.
Cloud-based storage is a relatively new technology, and it may be a little frightening to have all of your valuable company data floating around in cyberspace. But we wouldn’t be in business for very long if we couldn’t keep your files safe. We use the best encryption software in the industry, and you can rest assured that your files will never fall into the wrong hands!
Automatic Software Updates
Keeping your software definitions current (particularly antivirus software) is a great way to keep yourself protected. Most viruses are relatively harmless, but that doesn’t make them any less annoying. That’s why we constantly strive to stay a step ahead of them.
Your company data is the lifeblood of your business, and the great news is that keeping it safe is both easy and affordable. Our team of IT professionals are a phone call away when you’re ready to get started, and at NSG, your satisfaction is always guaranteed! Click here to contact us, or give us a call at (501) 758-6058.

If you haven’t recently taken a look at your phone bill, then you probably should! Office telephone business services now offer many exciting new features, and when you shop around, you’ll learn that you can typically make significant upgrades to your telephone system while also lowering your monthly bill!
At Network Services Group, we’re always available to show you the benefits of a managed phone system for your office. With VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) telephony, it’s now possible to take analog voice data and convert it into a digital signal for real time transmission over the internet. But it doesn’t stop there! Here are a few of the exciting features of VOIP:
Office Network Integration
VOIP connects directly into your cloud-based network, and aside from VOIP-enabled hardware, you shouldn’t have to make network upgrades. You’ll be able to enjoy many advanced VOIP features right away, including remote access from multiple devices, and a digital copy of voicemail messages in your email inbox. And when software upgrades are available, they’ll be automatically downloaded and installed during off-peak hours.
Flexibility and Scalability
No matter where you and your staff are, you’ll never miss a call! A single extension number can ring telephones simultaneously on multiple devices, and you can even make calls from your laptop. In-house phone calls can be easily transferred to mobile devices, and you’ll always enjoy crystal clear audio clarity for your conference calls, no matter how many people are connected. And, as your workforce expands, adding new lines of service is easy!
There are now more competitors than ever in the telecommunications industry, and putting them in competition with each other saves you money! At NSG, we work with 35 different telecommunication providers who all prepared to do what it takes to earn your business, and are prepared to offer you more services than ever at up to 70% less than your current telephone bill
