About the Job.

You will be communicating with clients, solving problems and working tickets while giving great customer service. A killer Project Manager – someone who gets along well with both people and their computers
We are looking for a person with exactly the right combination of interpersonal skills, technical skills, and common sense. You would be responsible for helping our clients upgrade, implement, and design large projects. You will encounter issues related to Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows, Office365, TCP/IP, Malware, etc. We need someone who can multitask while handling high-stress, high-pressure, highly technical situations on-site at client locations or remotely. We can’t stress enough that we are looking for someone with the humility, personality, and customer service skill that is not extremely common among those who get along well with computers.
Specific Experience Required
If the terms TCP/IP, Port Forwarding, Active Directory, VPN, Microsoft Exchange, DNS, Office365 and User Access Control are meaningless or make you anxious, this probably isn’t the job for you. We would love someone who has previously supported Microsoft-based business technology so please explain any related experiences. Otherwise:
- 2+ years overall network engineering/consulting background
- Extensive experience in Firewalls, Managed Switches (L2/L3)
- Extensive experience setting up new Windows-Based Servers, installing new networks, planning & performing server migrations
- Windows Server
- Strong MS Server & MS Terminal Server Skills
- Multi-Server Environment Experience
- Microsoft 365
- Dell & HP Server and Workstations Configuration
